1. If frozen, remove from freezer and place it in the refrigerator. 
2. Allow flan to thaw in the fridge overnight.

To Store Frozen:
Place immediately in the freezer, may be kept frozen for up to 3 months.

To Store Refrigerated:
Remove plastic from the cake, place back in the bakery box, and place it in the refrigerator. Flan may be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week.
