Puerto Rican Eats takes great pride in every product we offer and our goal is to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.
There are many things we do to reduce the risk of shipping frozen food around the country, unfortunately there are certain situations out of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS. Therefore, the shipping guidelines published in this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Puerto Rican Eats is unable to guarantee delivery time, as this is determined by the carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, it is our recommendation you place your order early and schedule it to arrive 1-2 days before your event. All of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness.
Puerto Rican Eats is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, mechanical error, weather, strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate and/or incomplete shipping information. Puerto Rican Eats does not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is completely to the discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside of our control.
Puerto Rican Eats does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations on any orders once it has shipped.
All packages are shipped via UPS. Since packages include perishables, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team. we will be more than glad to help.
